Lunch Break program at the Iuka Public Library

Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal columnist Margaret Gratz, author of Butterflies:  At Home in the Earth Lady’s Garden, will speak about her latest book at the Iuka Friends of the Library Lunch Break program on January 20 at 12:00 p.m.  Ms. Gratz took the photographs herself and has compiled a beautiful volume that includes information on over 30 types of butterflies and how to create your own butterfly garden.

2014 raffle

The Friends of the Iuka Library are also selling raffle tickets for this beautiful original painting by local artist Lila Ham.  Chances are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.  The painting will be given away as part of  National Library Week celebrations during April 2015.  For more information, please call the Iuka Library at 662-423-6300.
